Podcast

The GENE POOL podcast is produced at the Digital Media Centre, drawing material from our quarterly media arts meeting of the same name. Topics covered on the podcast range from the presentation and discussion of digital art projects, including film, animation, music, imaging, game design, performance and also advice for artists on funding and project development.

NEW: Gene Pool Podcast #16 -Xtend III: Dance for Screen
Holographic 3D, interactive performance and aerobatics are all under discussion, when 3D animator, Matt Smith and dance/performance artist, Chris. Dugrenier join us to talk about their work, as featured in the "Xtend III: Bodies In Flight" exhibition of video pieces, shown at South Hill Park during March-April 2009.
